About My Services

     I am a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I work primarily with individuals with inflammatory diseases such as Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, and other Auto-immune diseases. I teach nutrition education classes, such as my 6 week course called, Sustainable Strides where you learn about the basic food groups and why each is important to our health. We discuss healthy fats, sugar, water, carbohydrates, fiber, protein and how much we need. You will learn about processed foods and how to properly choose the right ones for your busy lifestyle while keeping nutrition our main focus. Each week you will set personal goals and receive a coaching call in-between each session.

     I also teach a complimentary course each month called Treating Minor Aches and Illnesses Naturally. In this one-hour class I discuss 10 common issues such as headaches, back/body pain, insomnia, incontinence, indigestion, constipation, sinuses, coughs, nausea and sexual dysfunction. I offer several alternative methods for natural relief. All suggestions are considered safe for those taking prescription medication, pregnant or for those who submit to a UA screening regularly.

     If individual coaching sessions is the support for your health goals you are seeking I offer a 6 month package where we meet either in-person or over a Zoom call once a week for the first 4 months and then once a month for the last two months for maintenance support. If you are not sure why you are not reaching your goals, this is a great way to find out where your mental block is and help you over-come it.

Sustainable Strides Workshop

Sustainable Strides is a 6-week workshop where you will learn label reading, ingredients to avoid, the basic food groups, why they are important and what they do for us, goal setting, healthy recipes, 8 individual coaching sessions, a workbook, pen and other promotional items. 


The cost for this workshop is $360. Payment plans are available. Please ask about this option if needed.

Treating Minor Aches and Illnesses, Naturally

In this one-hour complimentary class I discuss several ways to address 10 common body complaints without reaching for a medicine bottle. All suggestions are generally recognized as safe for those who are expecting, those taking medications and those who must submit to regular Urine Analysis.
